本服务条款是你与 ScreenParty（中文名"一起看电影"，"本服务"）的开发者、个人开发者 CadeEmber（即 Google Play 上显示的开发者名称）之间的约定，适用于 Android 应用和网页版 screenparty.huitongdesk.com。

下载、安装或使用本服务即表示你同意本服务条款和《隐私政策》。如果你不同意，请不要使用本服务。

如果你未满 18 周岁，需要在监护人同意下使用本服务；未满当地法律规定的最低年龄（部分地区为 13 或 16 周岁）不得使用本服务。

2. 服务说明

本服务提供多人实时同步观影房间，包括：创建/加入房间、文字与表情聊天、房主控制播放（直链视频/HLS/YouTube 公开视频）、屏幕共享（房主可选功能）。本服务不提供任何视频内容本身，房间内播放的内容完全由用户自行提供链接或屏幕内容。

3. 房间与身份

本服务不要求注册账号，使用设备本地生成的标识符和你自愿填写的昵称来识别你。房间通过房主分享的房间码/邀请链接加入，本服务不提供公开房间列表或陌生人匹配功能。

房主对其创建的房间内发生的内容（分享的视频链接、屏幕共享内容、对访客的管理）承担主要责任。

4. 用户行为规范

使用本服务时，你同意不：

分享你没有合法权利展示/播放的受版权保护内容（见第 5 条）
利用聊天或屏幕共享功能实施欺诈、诱导他人泄露密码/验证码/支付信息等诈骗行为
发布违法、侵犯他人隐私、骚扰、仇恨言论或其他有害内容
未经他人同意，共享包含他人隐私信息（如聊天记录、通讯录、他人照片）的屏幕内容
利用本服务传播恶意软件或进行网络攻击
对未成年人进行不当接触

违反上述规范，我们有权在不事先通知的情况下终止你对本服务的访问。

我们明确、零容忍地禁止任何形式的针对未成年人的性剥削、性虐待内容（CSAE/CSAM）或不当接触行为。一经发现，我们会立即终止相关账号/房间的访问权限，并在法律要求的范围内配合执法机关调查。

4a. 举报与拉黑

本服务提供以下举报与自我保护工具：

举报消息：对聊天区任意一条消息进行举报
举报用户 / 举报房间：对违规用户或房间进行举报
拉黑用户：主动屏蔽某个用户，不再看到其消息

我们承诺在收到举报后的合理时间内（目标 24 小时内）进行审查处理。你也可以直接通过第 11 条的联系方式提交举报。

5. 版权与知识产权

用户责任：你必须确保你在房间内分享的任何视频链接、屏幕画面，你拥有合法的观看权和展示权。将他人的付费/受版权保护内容展示给没有对应权限的第三方观看，责任由分享者本人承担，与本服务运营者无关。

侵权通知与处理（DMCA 及各地类似机制）：如果你认为本服务被用于侵犯你的知识产权，请通过以下方式联系我们，并提供：

我们收到有效通知后会及时处理，包括但不限于终止相关用户的房间/访问权限。

6. 屏幕共享特别条款

屏幕共享功能默认关闭，每次使用需要你主动授权（系统级权限确认 + 应用内二次确认）
屏幕共享内容为实时传输，本服务不录制、不存储你共享的画面或声音
屏幕共享期间，系统会在通知栏/状态栏显示持续提醒（Android 通知 / iOS 红色状态栏），你可以随时通过系统提示或应用内"停止共享"按钮立即结束共享
严禁利用屏幕共享功能实施电信诈骗（例如诱导他人在共享状态下操作银行 App）。我们有权在发现此类行为后立即终止相关账号的访问权限，并保留配合执法机关调查的权利
请注意：多数受版权保护的付费视频平台（如 Netflix、Disney+ 及国内主流视频平台的会员内容）在系统检测到屏幕正在被共享/录制时，会主动让画面变黑（这是平台自身的版权保护机制，不是本服务的故障，我们也无法也不会尝试绕过）。屏幕共享功能适用于分享游戏画面、设计稿、教学演示等不受此类保护的内容

6a. PRO 会员订阅

PRO 会员通过 Google Play 购买，费用从你的 Google Play 账户扣除；本服务不接触、不存储你的任何付款信息
订阅按所选周期（包月/包年）自动续费，你可以随时在 Google Play 的"订阅"页面取消；取消后在当前已付费周期结束前仍可使用 PRO 权益，到期后不再扣费
退款可通过 Google Play 申请，按 Google Play 的退款政策处理；你也可以通过第 11 条的联系方式联系我们
会员资格跟随购买时使用的 Google 账号：换手机或重新安装后，用同一个 Google 账号登录 Google Play 并打开本应用，会员会自动恢复
一份会员最多可在 3 台设备上同时使用。某台设备连续 14 天未打开本应用后，其名额会自动释放给新设备
PRO 是房间级权益：只要房间里有一位 PRO 会员（不必是房主），这个房间里的所有人都享受 PRO 权益；该会员离开后，房间恢复为免费房间（已经在房间里的人不会被移出，但新成员需等人数低于免费上限才能进入）
当前 PRO 权益为：房间人数上限从 4 人提升到 10 人。权益如有调整，会在应用内订阅页面如实展示
勋章、观影记录等"我的旅程"数据仅保存在你的设备上，不随会员同步，卸载应用会清除这些数据

7. 免责声明

本服务按"现状"提供，不对以下事项作任何明示或默示的保证：

服务不中断、无错误
通过第三方链接（用户自行输入的视频源）播放的内容的合法性、准确性或适用性
屏幕共享画质、延迟或同步的绝对精确性

8. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本服务运营者不对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任，包括但不限于因用户分享受版权保护内容、屏幕共享泄露敏感信息导致的损失。本条款不排除或限制适用法律不允许排除或限制的责任（例如因运营者故意或重大过失造成的损害）。

9. 服务的变更与终止

我们可能修改、暂停或终止本服务（整体或部分功能），并会尽量提前在应用内或本页面告知。如果 PRO 会员权益因此无法继续提供，我们会提前通知，你可以按 Google Play 的政策申请退款。我们保留终止违反本条款用户的访问权限的权利。

我们可能更新本条款，并修改页面顶部的日期；重大变更会在应用内提示。更新后继续使用本服务即表示你接受更新后的条款。

10. 适用法律

本条款不排除或限制你所在地法律赋予消费者的强制性权利。因本条款或本服务产生的争议，双方应先通过第 11 条的联系方式友好协商解决；协商不成的，按照适用法律确定的管辖处理。

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and the individual developer CadeEmber (the developer name shown on Google Play), who develops and operates ScreenParty (Chinese name "一起看电影", "the Service"), covering the Android app and the web version at screenparty.huitongdesk.com.

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a guardian's consent; you may not use the Service if you're under the minimum age required by your local law (13 or 16 in some jurisdictions).

2. Description of Service

The Service provides multi-user real-time synchronized watch-party rooms: create/join rooms, text/emoji chat, host-controlled playback (direct links/HLS/public YouTube videos), and optional host screen sharing. The Service does not provide any video content itself — everything played in a room comes from links or screens the users themselves supply.

3. Rooms and Identity

No account registration is required; you're identified by a device-generated identifier plus a nickname you choose. Rooms are joined via a code/link shared by the host — there is no public room directory or stranger-matching. The host is primarily responsible for what happens in a room they create (shared links, screen content, guest management).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share copyrighted content you don't have the right to display (see §5); use chat or screen sharing to defraud others or induce disclosure of passwords/verification codes/payment details; post illegal, privacy-violating, harassing, or hateful content; share screens containing others' private information without their consent; distribute malware or attack the Service; or improperly target minors. Violating this may result in immediate, unannounced termination of your access.

We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse content (CSAE/CSAM) or improper contact with minors. Any such activity results in immediate termination and, where legally required, cooperation with law enforcement.

4a. Reporting & Blocking

The Service provides: reporting an individual chat message, reporting a user or a room, and blocking a user so you no longer see their messages. We aim to review reports within a reasonable time (target: 24 hours). You may also report directly via the contact in §11.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The Service is a general-purpose real-time watch-together / screen-sharing tool, comparable to the "share screen" feature in video-conferencing software. It does not host, provide, or store any film/TV content — everything played comes from a link or a user's own screen.

User responsibility: you must have the legal right to view and display any video link or screen content you share in a room. Displaying someone else's paid/copyrighted content to third parties without the appropriate rights is the sharer's sole responsibility, not the Service operator's.

Infringement notices (DMCA-style): if you believe the Service is being used to infringe your IP rights, contact us with: your contact info, a description of the work, details of where the infringement occurred in the Service, and a good-faith statement of your rights in the work. Email: [email protected]. We will act promptly on valid notices, including terminating the relevant user's room/access.

6. Screen-Share-Specific Terms

Screen sharing is off by default and requires your active authorization each session (system permission + in-app confirmation). It is real-time only — the Service does not record or store shared video/audio. A persistent system indicator (Android notification / iOS red status bar) is shown throughout, and you can stop instantly via the system prompt or the in-app "Stop Sharing" button. Using screen sharing to facilitate scams (e.g., inducing someone to operate a banking app while sharing) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination, and we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement.

Note: most paid, copyright-protected streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, and the membership tiers of major platforms elsewhere) will render the video area black once the system detects screen capture/sharing is active — this is the platform's own copyright-protection mechanism, not a defect in the Service, and we neither can nor will attempt to bypass it. Screen sharing is intended for content not subject to this protection — games, design mockups, tutorials, and similar.

6a. PRO Subscription

PRO is purchased through Google Play and billed to your Google Play account; the Service never sees or stores your payment details. It renews automatically each billing period (monthly/yearly) until you cancel in Google Play's Subscriptions page; after cancelling you keep PRO until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are requested through Google Play and handled under Google Play's refund policy, or you can contact us (Section 11). PRO follows the Google account used to buy it — on a new or reset phone, open the app while signed in to Google Play with that account and PRO is restored automatically. One subscription can be used on up to 3 devices at a time; a device that hasn't opened the app for 14 days releases its slot to a new device. PRO is a room-level benefit: while at least one PRO member is in a room (host or not), everyone in that room gets the PRO benefits; when they leave, the room reverts to a free room (nobody already inside is removed, but newcomers wait until the room is below the free limit). Current PRO benefit: rooms hold up to 10 people instead of 4; any change to benefits will be shown accurately on the in-app subscription page. Badges and watch history ("My Journey") are stored only on your device, are not synced with your subscription, and are removed if you uninstall.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, or of the legality/accuracy/suitability of content played via user-supplied links.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including from users sharing copyrighted content or sensitive information via screen share. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for willful misconduct or gross negligence).

9. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part), and will try to give advance notice in the app or on this page. If PRO benefits can no longer be provided as a result, we'll tell you in advance and you can request a refund under Google Play's policy. We may terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms and change the date at the top; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law. If a dispute arises from these Terms or the Service, we'll first try to resolve it informally through the contact in Section 11; if that fails, it will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
